Biñan, Laguna no longer requires face shields in business establishments


BIÑAN, Laguna – The city government is no longer requiring face shields in business establishments.

In a Facebook post on Monday (Nov. 8), Mayor Arman Dimaguila announced that wearing face shields is now only voluntary as per Executive Order No. 33, Series of 2021.

The local government unit (LGU), meanwhile, is beefing up its vaccination rollout to expedite the attainment of herd immunity.

The vaccination hub in Alonte Sports Arena continues to accommodate walk-ins for adult vaccination.

The LGU has also kicked off its pediatric vaccination for minors aged 12 to 17 years.
