Hellbound is going global this November

Check out this world of confusion that we’ve never seen before.

Netflix releases the trailer of a highly anticipated original Korean series entitled “Hellbound,” where we explore a world swept by a supernatural phenomenon. Executors from the underworld start to condemn people to hell and a religious group called the New Truth emerges to put a stop to the chaos. On the other hand, there are also those who try to uncover the truth behind the series of events.

Director Yeon Sang-ho works with Netflix to bring the webtoon of the same title for a Korean and global audience. He previously worked on “The King of Pigs,” “The Fake,” “Train to Busan,” “Peninsula,” and many other award-winning drama series. In the series, we see Yoo Ah-in, Kim Hyun-Joo, Park Jeong-Min, Won Jin-A, Yang Ik-Jun, Kim Do-Yoon, Kim Shin-Rok, Ryu Kyung-Soo, and Lee Re.

Yoo Ah-in says that “Hellbound simply depicts the hell that we now live in” and Park Jeong-Min says that you can “enjoy the suspense and then it will strike you with a deep message”. We’re set to see what exactly they mean by that soon enough.
