Heavy traffic expected in Paranaque on Nov. 6 due to Cavitex C5 link construction — Mayor Olivarez

The Paranaque City government warned of heavy traffic along Dr. A. Santos Avenue from Kabihasnan to SM Sucat starting Nov. 6 due to the construction of the Cavitex C5 Link.

In a Facebook post, Mayor Edwin Olivarez said motorists bound for Sucat are advised to take C.P. Garcia Extension as an alternate route.

Manila-bound public utility jeepneys (PUJs) are advised to take the old Sucat Road while trucks will have to take C.P. Garcia Extension.

The Cavitex advised motorists to follow the rerouting to be done on Nov. 6. Violators will be apprehended.

The city government will be deploying more personnel to help in managing the traffic.
