The Department of Health (DOH) says families may hold their own parties, especially on Halloween and Christmas, as long as they keep these exclusively for family members, or those within the so-called “family bubble”.

This, as the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) disclosed that talks on the establishment of fill-and-finish vaccine manufacturing with foreign firms were also being expanded that would jack-up vaccine production within the country in the near future.

Meanwhile, the meeting between Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte and former senator Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos at a birthday celebration in Cebu City was dashed by the former’s camp as “just a beautiful coincidence”.
