According to San Juan City Mayor Francis Zamora, the Bikecination program aims to help workers, who were displaced due to the pandemic, to start a livelihood once again. The bikes are intended for food business delivery start-ups.

Each beneficiary received a helmet, water tumbler, cellphone, P5,000 worth of load, and a delivery bag. The livelihood package is said to cost around P20,000.

Zamora said that aside from the livelihood package, the local government unit (LGU), together with the office of San Juan City Cong. Ronny Zamora, distributed P3,000 financial assistance to every beneficiary. They have also received food packs coming from the LGU.
