Ateneans to hold 'feminist' community night

Time's Up Ateneo (TUA) is set to host a 'feminist' community night on Saturday, Oct. 23 via Zoom.

TUA's Conspiring Against the Patriarchy aims to communicate how community building and reimagining a feminist can be fun.

The group will also host a kapihan to discuss feminist issues and musical and poetry performances from 8 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

The event is open to everyone and interested participants are encouraged to register via https://tinyurl.com/TUACap.

TUA is a collective of survivors and advocates fighting against sexual violence and impunity inside and outside Ateneo de Manila (AdMU).

It was formed on Oct. 17, 2019, which was right after the Oct. 15, 2019 protest in AdMU where around 200 students, alumni, and parents gathered in the campus to protest against sexual violence and impunity in the university.
