Senate hopeful eyes to improve access, mobility for PWDs

A national post aspirant is seeking a Senate seat to help improve the lives of his fellow persons with disabilities (PWD).

Paul Capino (Screencap from Comelec)

A PWD himself, Paulo Capino filed his certificate of candicacy (COC) on Wednesday, Oct. 6, for senator.

Capino will run under Partido Reporma, whose chairman Ping Lacson is running for president.

Should he be elected, Capino said he will push for the improvement of access and mobility for persons with disabilities (PWDs).

My only agenda is to improve the lives of my fellow PWDs, improve their situation especially now that there's a pandemic, there's difficulty in access and mobility)," he added.

If I win, I will be given the opportunity to help my fellow PWDs)."
