First District Representative Dale "Along" Malapitan plans to expand the programs that he initiated in Caloocan City if he wins the mayoral seat in the 2022 elections.
“Marami na akong nailatag at naumpisahan na mga programa lalo na sa mga sektor ng edukasyon, kalusugan at livelihood. Kung mamarapatin ng mga taga-Caloocan, papalawigin at paiigtingin natin ang mga ito para mas marami tayong maabot na mamamayan (I have laid out and started a lot of programs especially in the sectors of education, health and livelihood. If I will be given a chance by Caloocan residents, we will expand and boost these projects so that we can reach more people)," Team Aksyon at Malasakit's mayoral candidate said.
Malapitan also said that he will prioritize education, health, infrastructure, security, peace and order in the city.
“Patuloy din nating aayusin ang mga proyektong imprastraktura sa Caloocan at susuportahan natin ang mga peace and order programs. Titiyakin din natin ang pagkakaroon ng mabuting pamamahala sa ating lungsod (We will also continue to fix infrastructure projects in Caloocan and support peace and order programs. We will also ensure good governance in our city)," he said.
He said that he will also find ways to reach out to different sectors in the society and will try to listen to the people's suggestions.
Malapitan and the other members of Team Aksiyon at Malasakit filed their Certificates of Candidacy (COCs) in Caloocan Comelec office on Wednesday, Oct.6. (Aaron Dioquino)
