The San Juan City local government, together with the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) and Center for Asian Culinary Studies (CACS) launched a free cake making course for individuals who wish to make a living in making pastries amid the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

San Juan City Mayor Francis Zamora said that the program aims to help people who have lost their livelihood due to the pandemic and also urge individuals interested in baking to give it a shot and improve their skills in cake making.

Zamora explained that the program includes four online classes and six face to face laboratory classes.

He said the screening for the program will be from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. until October 15 at the CACS administration office in brgy. Pasadena, San Juan City.
