Amaia Land Corp. is accelerating construction of its 4.5-hectare mid-rise condominium development project in Pasig City,on growing demand, mostly from young professionals and growing families.
Loreene Fabi, sales development and marketing head of Amaia Land Corp., said it will launch its fourth mid-rise building – Clara -- at the Amaia Steps Pasig. This is to augment its current three nine-story buildings—Aria, Blanca, and Esperanza.
“This is to accommodate even more potential homebuyers, mostly young professionals and growing families,” said Fabi.
Fabi said that their project has become attractive because of its strategic location. She cited the Ortigas central business district and the lifestyle hubs in and around the area just a few minutes’ drive away.
