Three areas in Caloocan City were placed under granular lockdown due to COVID-19 surge.
Mayor Oca Malapitan announced in a Facebook post that a compound on Tamban St. in Barangay 16 is under granular lockdown from 12:00 noon of Sept. 22 until 12:01 p.m. of Oct. 6.
A compound on Tolentino St. in Barangay 88 and an area on Gen. Mascardo St. in Barangay 144 are under granular lockdown from 12:00 p.m. of Sept. 23 until 12:01 p.m. of October 7.
The mayor said the city government will continue to conduct mass swab testing, disinfecting operations, and food distributions for residents affected by the lockdown.
