The Pasay City government and the Department of Transportation (DOTR) forged a partnership for the construction of an integrated monorail project which was proposed by SM Prime Holdings Inc.

Mayor Emi Calixto-Rubiano and DOTR Secretary Arthur Tugade signed a Memorandum of Agreement on Wednesday (September 22) for the construction of the Pasay Integrated Monorail and EDSA-Tramo Flyover Extension Project.
