A new pandemic response scheme for Metro Manila has been released by the Malacanang, which noted that the success of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) measure will hinge on how the local government units (LGUs) implement it.

Just hours after “Jolina” left the country, it was typhoon Kiko’s turn to wreak havoc in the country after it further intensified with the state weather agency raising signal no. 4 in some parts of Cagayan province.
