United Airlines now flies Manila-Guam daily

United Airlines this week increased its Manila-Guam service from five times weekly to daily in order to meet growing demand from returning overseas Filipinos and "vaccine tourists" - international visitors allowed to receive COVID-19 vaccines on holiday.

The expanded service connects to United’s daily Guam-Honolulu flights at Guam International Airport for both ways, allowing passengers from the Philippines to travel to many cities in the U.S. such as Denver, Los Angeles, and San Francisco via Guam and Honolulu.
It also links up to United’s daily Guam-Saipan service.
“United is always ready to add capacity whenever we see increased demand," according to Wally Dias, managing director of sales for Greater China, Korea, and Southeast Asia.
"The Philippines is one of our key markets in Asia and we’re excited to better serve our customers with this expanded flight schedule to/from Manila," he added.
"It highlights our continued commitment to the market, especially as we gear up to celebrate our 40th anniversary of service to the Philippines in 2022.”
“Customers asked for a more convenient daily service to Guam and to Honolulu and beyond, so we are happy to make it a reality,” says Pam Navarro, United's country manager for sales in the Philippines.
The flight offers three types of onboard services: United Business Class, Economy Plus which offers extra legroom, and United Economy.
With the addition of Monday and Thursday schedules, flights will continue to depart and arrive at Terminal 3 of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport.
