Sept. 2021 PLE in NCR cancelled – PRC


The September 2021 Physicians Licensure Examination (PLE) in the National Capital Region (NCR) has been cancelled.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced the cancellation of the Sept. 11, 12, 18, and 19 PLE) in National Capital Region (NCR) Thursday.

"Affected examinees in NCR may take the next succeeding examination without forfeiture of their examination fees," it said in a Facebook post.

"The PRC requests the public's utmost understanding and cooperation as it complies with the guidelines set forth by Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-MEID)," added PRC.

As to the Sept. 11, 12, 18 and 19 PLE in Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legaspi, Lucena, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga, the Commission said, it shall "proceed as scheduled."

In a separate post, the PRC also announced the cancellation of the Sept. 13 and 20, 2021 Qualifying Assessment for Foreign Medical Professionals (QAFMP) in NCR.
