Even before the release of her solo debut album, K-pop girl group BLACKPINK’s Lisa has set a new record.

According to YG Entertainment, Lisa’s “Lalisa” solo single album has surpassed 700,000 pre-orders as of Aug. 30, or in just four days since Aug. 26.

It said this is the highest number of pre-orders for a single album by a female K-pop solo artist. With just 10 days left before the album is released, the pre-orders are expected to increase further.

The agency said the orders came from various countries and regions such as the United States, China, Japan, South Korea, Europe and Southeast Asia.

To celebrate Lisa’s pre-release achievement, fans trended the topic “LALISA 700K WORLDWIDE” on Twitter.

Lisa’s “Lalisa” album will be released at 1 p.m. Korea Standard Time on Sept. 10 and the physical album will be in three formats: CD, KiT and LP. The album’s carrier track is “Lalisa,” the same as her album name.

A video teaser of the album has garnered 10.28 million views on YouTube as of writing since its release on Aug. 27.

“As the album title ‘LALISA’ suggests, you will feel Lisa’s true and natural charms differentiated from her past activities. Please look forward to Lisa surpassing herself as it is a project that has been prepared for a long time with great effort,” said YG Entertainment, according to its blog.
