“Nakikiusap po kami sa ating mga kababayan. The first time agad-agad na makaramdam kayo ng kahit anong sintomas related to COVID, please isolate yourself, call your local governments...para maputol po natin ang transmission sa ating komunidad (We are appealing to our citizens. The first time you feel any symptoms related to COVID, please isolate yourself, call your local governments... so that we can cut the transmission in our community),” said DOH Undersecretary Maria Rosario Vergeire.

“Meron na rin tayong bakuna. Kung kayo ay eligible na, magpabakuna na tayo....para tayo ay makalaban sa mga variants na meron tayo sa ating bansa. Gawin po natin ang tungkulin natin bilang isang Pilipino (We also have the vaccine. If you are eligible, let's get vaccinated... .so that we can fight the variants that we have in our country. Let us do our duty as Filipinos),” she added.
