Rubiano said under the new ECQ guidelines, the city government will no longer issue new quarantine passes to city residents. They can instead use the old ones.

She said the city government is strictly implementing the use of one quarantine pass per household to allow them to go out of their residences.

The mayor said those who lost their old quarantine pass may visit their barangay to secure a new one.

Rubiano said the police and the barangay officials were also ordered to strictly implement the 8:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m. curfew hour and apprehend the violators.

She said the city government is not implementing a liquor ban. Establishments will be allowed to sell liquor to Pasay residents only from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

The mayor said residents buying liquor must show their valid identification cards and drinking must be inside their houses only.
