One million doses of the anti-coronavirus disease (COVID-19) vaccine from China arrived at 7:02 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 5 at the NAIA Terminal 2 in Pasay City.

"This delivery flight is taking place amid heightened safety measures," said vaccine czar, Secretary Carlito Galvez Jr.

The life-saving jabs were immediately brought to the Pharmaserv Express cold storage facility Marikina City for safekeeping.
