Beauty queen Dindi Pajares has left for Poland to represent the Philippines in this year's Miss Supranational pageant.

On Instagram, Dindi wrote:

"As I embark on a journey to raise our flag, I am ecstatic to bring to Poland the best of the Philippines. With the pieces of luggage that I have are my hopes, dreams, love and support of my beloved country. (Philippine flag)."

The beauty queen from Orani, Bataan has been chosen to represent the country after the coronation night of Miss World Philippines (MWP) has been postponed again due to the pandemic.

MWP National Director Arnold Vegafria said Dindi was selected after she led the polls participated in by the candidates and MWP officials.

Mutya Johanna Datul is the first Filipino to win Miss Supranational in 2013.
