The specialized markets of the Department of Tourism (DOT) are also allowed with strict adherence to minimum public health standards and other protocols and restrictions implemented by the DOT.

Religious gatherings are allowed at 10 percent of the venue's capacity. However, the LGUs have the discretion to allow up to 30 percent capacity.

Personal care services like beauty salons, parlors, barbershops, and nail Spa could operate at 30 percent capacity.

Venues for meetings, incentives, conferences, exhibitions (MICE), and social events are not allowed.
