#WalangPasok: Classes, office works suspended due to Typhoon Fabian


Some universities in Metro Manila have suspended face-to-face classes and office work on Thursday, July 22, due to Typhoon Fabian.

The University of the Philippines (UP) Manila has suspended both physical classes and office work.

Meanwhile, Colegio de San Juan de Letran likewise suspended office operations due to inclement weather

San Sebastian College likewise suspended office work on Thursday.

In its latest weather advisory, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said that the southwest moonsoon or habagat will bring moderate to heavy with at times intense rains over Pangasinan, Tarlac, Zambales, Bataan, Cavite, Batangas, and Occidental Mindoro.

Meanwhile, moderate to at times heavy rains will prevail over Metro Manila.
