FAMOUS: Coco Martin-Julia Montes to shoot movie in Mindoro

In our exclusive interview with former beauty queen, actress and Pola, Oriental Mindoro Mayor Jennifer Mindanao Cruz, also known as Ina Alegre, she revealed that actors Coco Martin and Julia Montes will start shooting their latest film together in some beautiful spots in Pola.

“Yes they (Coco, Julia and the cast) are scheduled to arrive in Pola on July 14 and the filming of the project will be for two weeks," Cruz said, adding that the project is expected to boost tourism in the province.

Award-winning director Brillante Mendoza will direct the movie. Mayor Cruz will play a memorable role in the flick.

Strict protocols will be observed during the shoot, she said.

We are still waiting for the streaming/showing dates as well as the title of the movie project.

Coco and Julia first starred in the ABS-CBN teleserye “Walang Hanggan” in 2012.

Produced by Doc Mon del Rosario and distributed under CS Music, the ASOP commemorative album is a collaboration with Breakthrough and Milestones Productions International Inc., together with the Philippine music station Wish 107.5 as one of its partners. The album received outstanding and favorable responses in its digital launch via the official YouTube channel and Facebook page of ASOP International last June 9, 2021. CS Digital also held a virtual concert June 13, 2021, for the album through the livestreaming app, Kumu.
