Kylie Padilla on correcting childhood trauma, emotional conditioning

"I’m no walk in the park."

This is what actress Kylie Padilla recently said amid the breakup she had with her husband Aljur Abrenica.

On Instagram, she noted how Indian yogi and author Jagadish Vasudev, venerated as Sadhguru, has always been an "important" figure to her when it comes to her "spiritual journey."

"I was thrilled when the @isha.foundation reached out to give me a copy of his new book KARMA & Inner Engineering. Lord knows I have a long way to go in correcting childhood traumas and emotional conditioning and many more," she said.

Prior, Kylie talked about "healing."

The daughter of Robin Padilla and Liezl Sicangco also shared a quote about "renewing" one's self.

"Breathe in. You have gone through so much. You deserve to breathe. To cleanse your Spirit. To welcome new energy into your life. To let go of the pain and discomfort. To renew your Self. To be loved by you. To be free. Breathe out and let it all go," it read.

Then another post tackled how "behind every strong, independent woman stands a little girl, who had to learn to stand up alone without depending on others."

Anyway, Kylie also penned an appreciation post to her mom for all her "sacrifices."
