Gay beauty queen-comedian Juliana Parizcova Segovia is in hot water.
A minor complained against him on "Raffy Tulfo In Action," this writer's favorite show.
The victim asked the help of heroic Raffy Tulfo, sharing Juliana mistreated her during a drinking session.
And what did Juliana do exactly?
Well, supposedly he spitted on his victim - twice.
His action was supposedly captured on CCTV.
The issue was already brought to their barangay and according to a representative, both Juliana and the complainant are scheduled to attend a hearing set July 16.
According to the show's resident lawyer, Julian's accusers could file two cases - Slander By Deed which is a crime against honor, which is committed by performing any act, which casts dishonor, discredit, or contempt upon another person, and Other Acts of Neglect, Abuse, Cruelty or Exploitation and Other Conditions Prejudicial to the Child's Development.
As of writing, Juliana hasn't released any statement.
