AdU said its facility will be used in administering 3,000 doses of COVID-19 shots given by the city government of Manila.

The university aims to inoculate its students, faculty members, and walk-in residents of Manila.

The local government is currently vaccinating the A1 to A5 priority groups.

Meanwhile, the Colegio de San Juan de Letran announced that its campus is "set to become a vaccination hub in the coming weeks" after it started inoculating its employees, their family members, and nearby partner communities in coordination with the Philippine Red Cross (PRC) on June 30.
