Actor John Estrada has revealed that Ormoc City Mayor Richard Gomez has a fear of needles.
John made the revelation in the comment section of Richard's post on Instagram recently.
There, Richard shared the photo that showed him comforting a lady who was scared of receiving her jab.
Richard wrote: "There was this lady at the vaccination area inside the Superdome who was very scared and nervous just before getting her jab. I asked her if it would help calm down if I held her hand while getting injected. She said yes."
John, who is also a close friend of Richard, said: "Ang d nila alam takot ka rin sa karayum bestfriend."
Reacting to John's comment, Richard replied: "hahahahahahahaha! Kaya nga naiintindihan ko yung situation nya. Hahahahahahaha!"
Fellow actor Wendell Ramos lauded Richard for his effort.
"Great job! Mayor @richardgomezinstagram keep inspiring," Wendell said.
