Many were downright shocked learning that the Popstar Royalty will soon be seen on GMA Pinoy TV.
Her first-ever digital concert, "Tala," is set to air on GMA's flagship international channel, July 18.
Reactions were mixed.
Asked one, "Bakit sa GMA? Lilipat na din siya?"
Wrote another, "Senyales na ito. Unti unti na silang nagkakalasan sa ABS-CBN. Mga walang utang na loob!"
Yet another fan chimed, "Good move Sarah. A big star should be in a big channel. One with franchise. LOL!"
"Finally! Mapapanood ko na si Sarah makipag-showdown sa favorites kong sina Julie Ann San Jose at Golden Cañedo," added a kibitzer.
Sarah's camp is still mum on the matter.
Originally streamed on March 27, "Tala: The Film Concert," was staged at the Araneta Coliseum.
It features 18 world-class performances, behind-the-scenes plus film concert interviews of Sarah and her collaborators: Paul Basinillio as the film concert director; Georcelle Dapat-Sy as creative director; and Louie Ocampo as musical director.
