Taking design talents to the international stage has been the goal of the local fashion scene. And with the help of PHx Fashion Group, Filipino fashion designers are taking one step ahead of their journey in making local style known globally.

PHx Fashion Group's latest offering is a virtual fashion festivity dubbed as PHx Fashion Previews, a series of shows that culminate PHx Tokyo, Center for International Trade Expositions and Missions' (CITEM) showroom incubation program, which started in November 2019. The mentoring sessions was attended by local fashion creatives and brands Feanne, Jill Lao, Bagasáo Neil Felipp, Joyce Makitalo, Kelvin Morales, HAMU, and Lorico, which aims to help in launching their brands in Japan's fashion scene.

"After a series of mentoring sessions from H3O Tokyo Bureau's Jason Lee-Coates and Hiro Suzuki, and Tetta Ortiz-Matera, they are set to make their mark in the menswear and womenswear categories of Japanese fashion," said in a statement posted on Manila FAME's Facebook page.

Throughout the previews, the designers will be presenting their work with the help of guest moderators, detailing the stories and concepts behind their creations.

Get up close and personal with them through the online PHx Fashion Previews, running from until July 3, 2021 here for free. The previews will be followed by a three-day showroom presentation from July 7 to 9, 2021 at Lifork in Harajuku, Japan.
