Not everyone knows that Derek Ramsey has a teenager son already. And his boy Austin turns 18 years old today.
He is currently in Dubai which is why Derek posted a compilation of throwback photos instead, "My little boy turns 18 today. We have had our ups and downs, son, but you know that I love you and I will always have your back. Enjoy over there in Dubai and I'll see you soon. Happy birthday, Austin!"
