Institute of Clinical Laboratory Sciences (ICLS) Director Evelyn S. Fajardo said the limited face-to-face classes will start early first semester of the school year 2021-2022.

All MedTech students will be fully vaccinated against coronavirus disease (COVID-19) before the beginning of in-person classes.

SU will implement a blended learning approach, wherein students will take part in face-to-face classes for four days and online classes for the next 10 days.

The university got approval to hold limited physical classes for its Medical program in April and Nursing and Physical Therapy programs in May.

At least 73 higher education institutions nationwide that offer medical and allied health programs have been granted approval by CHED to hold limited face-to-face classes.
