The Las Piñas city government has vaccinated a total of 148, 949 residents against the dreaded coronavirus disease (COVID-19).
Records posted on the Facebook page of Las Piñas City government show that 113,934 individuals were given the first dose of the vaccine while 35,015 were fully vaccinated.
Mayor Imelda Aguilar said the city government continued to call on the residents to register for the “Ligtas na Las Piñero, Lahat Bakunado” vaccination program.
Aguilar said the city government also came out with new steps on how to register for the city’s vaccination program.
She said a resident who wanted to register for vaccination must go to the Ezconsult account, signup as a patient, and answer the COVID-19 electronic immunization registry form.
The mayor said the city government is also offering onsite assisted registration wherein the registrants may visit their nearest barangay to be registered.
Aguilar said since the start of vaccination for the A4 category or the economic frontliners, the city government recorded a total of 28,965 residents who were given their first dose and 530 their second dose.
