The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said the habagat will continue to affect Northern Luzon until Friday, June 18.

“Pero pagdating ng Saturday at Sunday, posibleng magdulot na ng mga pag-ulan ang habagat sa ilang bahagi ng western part ng Luzon (But by Saturday and Sunday, there is a possibility that the habagat will bring rains over some parts of Western Luzon),” weather specialist Ariel Rojas said.

No weather disturbance is expected to develop in the Philippine area of responsibility and affect the country in the next three to five days.

Meanwhile, Rojas said that Luzon, including Metro Manila, will experience warm and humid weather conditions on Friday.

However, he noted that some Luzon areas may experience thunderstorms in the afternoon and in the evening.

Likewise, warm and humid weather conditions will prevail over Visayas and Mindanao, while thunderstorms may occur in the afternoon and in the evening, he added.

PAGASA has not issued a gale warning, meaning that fishing boats and other small sea craft are allowed to venture out into the sea.
