Considering the continued threats of coronavirus disease (COVID-19), the PSHS encouraged the applicants to download the application form from https://www.pshs.edu.ph/ and email the duly accomplished application form to the campus where they will be applying.

Applicants can also submit the hard copy of the application form to the campus registrar and pay the processing fee to the campus cashier, it said.

"PSHS will no longer issue a LAQE test permit since the exam is online. The Admissions Office and/or the campus registrar shall email to applicants the LAQE details to access the online exam,” it said.

The LAQE was conducted in 2020 through a synchronous online test.
