Her concern was promptly responded by the Overseas Worker’s Welfare Association (OWWA) Administrator Hans Cacdac through the help of Arnell.
For its 19th episode this year, in “Oh Isyu” portion, two victims of illegal recruitment - Jonel Quimpo and Clark Denver Baron - relayed their stories of how they were allegedly duped of their hard-earned money. The following week, Atty. Francis Ron de Guzman followed up on their case from the last episode and assured them of professional help from lawyers at the Philippine Overseas Employment Agency.
