Bettor from Baguio City wins P29.7-M Grand Lotto 6/55 jackpot


The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) on Tuesday, June 8, announced that a lone bettor from Benguet bagged the Grand Lotto P29.7 million jackpot prize.

During a draw on Monday, June 7, PCSO said that the bearer of the winning ticket - which bought in Baguio City, Benguet - guessed the winning combination: 13 - 19 - 43- 33 - 41 - 46.

PCSO said that the lone winning ticket which guessed the winning combination for the Grand Lotto 6/55 hit a total jackpot prize of P29,700,000.00.

Based on the PCSO summary, there is also one winner for the second prize who will also receive P100,000.00.

PCSO noted that there was no winner for the Mega Lotto 6/45 with a jackpot prize of P15.3 million. The winning combination was 32 - 11 - 15 - 37 - 12 - 17.

While there was no major prize winner, PCSO said that four second prize winners will receive P32,000 each for the Mega Lotto 6/45.

For the 4D Lotto, PCSO said that there were six winners. Each will receive P47, 104.00 each after guessing the winning combination 8 - 4 - 1 - 5.

PCSO reminded winners that prizes which are above P10,000 will be subjected to 20 percent tax pursuant to the TRAIN Law.

Citing Republic Act No. 1169, PCSO added that the prizes that were not claimed within one year from date of draw will also be considered as “forfeited.”

PCSO said that winners need to go to its main office in Mandaluyong City and present the winning tickets - along with two identification cards - to claim their prizes.

During the weekend, a lone bettor from San Mateo, Rizal also won the P10 million jackpot prize of Lotto 6/42.

The bettor guessed correctly the winning combination 21 - 05 - 09 - 03 - 01 - 12 during a draw on June 5.

In May, there were six major winners based on the announcements of PCSO.
