The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) would affect Visayas and Mindanao.

Meanwhile, the southwest monsoon or “habagat” will prevail over the western section of Luzon.

Visayas, Mindanao, and the provinces of Romblon and Masbate may experience cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to the ITCZ.

The habagat may bring cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over Ilocos Region and the provinces of Batanes, Apayao, Cagayan, and Zambales.

PAGASA warned that flash floods or landslides may occur due to scattered moderate to at times heavy rains.

Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon may experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the habagat and localized thunderstorms.
