According to the police, Mayor has been missing for 3 days until a 39-year-old man found his body “decomposing and mutilated” on Thursday, May 20.

Norriebi Tria alias Ebeng Mayor’s body was beheaded and a wooden stick was shoved into the sensitive part of his body.

The suspects were identified as Zander Dela Cruz, 22, Joel Loyola alias “Nonoy Sablay”, 30, and Richard Elvin Araza alias “Tiago”, 34.

Dela Cruz first admitted on Friday that he and two others raped and killed Mayor, his childhood friend

Loyola and Tiago, who are both residents of Payatas, were named by Dela Cruz. They were later arrested in a follow up operation.

Suspects have already undergone drug tests. Probers said Loyola and Araza had previous cases for illegal drugs and were released through the plea-bargaining agreement.
