Isuzu Philippines aims to hit 50 dealerships this year, following the establishment of its latest outlet in Subic for a strong hold in central Luzon market.

IPC President Hajime Koso said at the signing ceremony for the auto dealership agreement with  Velocity Motor Sales Corp. in Subic in the province of Zambales. Koso thanked the Velocity group for joining its growing network. It will be Isuzu’s 47th dealership in the Philippines.

“We're on our goal to 50 dealerships,” said Koso.

Subic is primed to become the most competitive international service and the logistics center in Southeast Asia, continuously leading to be one of the country's major economic engine, receiving numerous investment projects.

Despite some unrealized target as a result of pandemic, Koso said that Subic remains thriving, especially its trading and shipment industry.

According to Koso, Isuzu has been looking forward to establishing its presence in  Subic in response to the growing transportation requirement of Zambales especially for trucks.

In view of the ongoing pandemic, both have mutually agreed to hold the contract signing ceremony virtually making it a first in the organization’s history.

“Isuzu is without a doubt the undisputed number one brand for trucks and equally successful in the SUV and Pickup segments. At Velocity Motors, we choose to invest only in the best and IPC is such in its circle of competence,” according to Hao.

Hao expressed confidence that IPC will always choose the best balance of products and systems of operations for its clients, shareholders, and  dealers ensuring success for years to come.
