Several Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) branches in the National Capital Region (NCR) Plus will resume onsite operations on Monday, May 17.
The Greater Manila Area -- also known as NCR Plus -- will be under general community quarantine (GCQ) "with heightened restrictions" until May 31.
GSIS head office in Pasay and its branch offices in Quezon City, Bulacan, and Laguna will resume daily onsite operations from Monday to Friday.
For the safety of clients and GSIS personnel, the operation hours of its onsite services will be limited to four hours, from 8 a.m. to 12 noon.
Filing of application for all loans and claims will be contactless through email, eGSISMO, GWAPS kiosks or drop boxes stationed at the lobbies of GSIS offices.
Meanwhile, the conduct of annual pensioners' information revalidation (APIR) interviews will be online.
