"It's still being discussed...we are coming up with a website wherein people can access and see who are the candidates," Comelec Commissioner Antonio Kho said in a forum organized by the Ateneo School of Government on Monday, May 10.

He said the website would probably include national positions such as for President.

"That will allow our citizens to access the candidates, their platform of government, the issues of the day and their stand," said Kho.

"We are hoping that it will be adopted come 2022. Just wait for it. It's a good project, I hope it will be implemented," he added.

Kho also revealed that they are coming up with a new normal manual that will serve as a guide on how elections will be conducted amid the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19) pandemic.

"In a few weeks we will be conducting a 3 in 1 seminar among Comelec officials. We will come up with a manual a new normal manual. It will now state the guidelines how elections will be conducted in a COVID situation. How we prepare our ballots, how we register, how we transport ballots up to the time of elections including the campaign rules," he said.

"Hopefully, we can draft this manual by end of the month or until next month for the approval of the en banc," added Kho.
