WATCH: Kai Sotto shows off footwork, ball handling skills

Kai Sotto is not your ordinary 7-footer.
Or perhaps, that is what he aspires to become.
In a video posted by SLAM Philippines on Instagram, Sotto showed off his dribbling skills and footwork coordination during a training drill at The Miami Perimeter.
One Instagram user pointed out that Sotto’s improvement would be of great arsenal once he starts to suit up for the Adelaide 36ers.

Another user said that Sotto needs to be a little quicker. Though given his stature, the former Ateneo standout’s future role or play could be associated with the likes of Kristaps Porzingis of the Dallas Mavericks and Kevin Durant of the Brooklyn Nets.

Sotto, who recently signed with Adelaide in Australia’s National Basketball League, remained committed with Gilas Pilipinas for the FIBA Asia Cup and the Olympic Qualifying Tournament later this year.
Thanks to professional basketball trainer Stanley Remy, the 7-foot-3 Filipino wunderkind continues to add more trick to his now versatile skillset.
Remy is known for training the likes of NBA stars in James Harden, John Wall, Trevor Ariza, Greg Monroe, Brandon Knight and former WNBA Most Valuable Player Tina Charles.
