Mayor Emi Calixto-Rubiano said two of the city's isolation facilities -- Burgos Elementary School and Pasay City Sports Complex -- have recorded zero admission and have 100 percent vacancy.

Rubiano said the two other facilities -- Folk Arts Theater recorded four admissions but still has 43 beds available. The city's biggest isolation facility, the Mall of Asia, which has a 132-bed capacity only recorded five new admissions.

Rubiano said based on records, Pasay City has already achieved its goal of leading Metro Manila cities with the lowest number of COVID-19 cases.

The mayor added the city is now recording more recoveries from the virus at 95.96 percent.

Based on the latest record of the City Health Office (CHO), Pasay City has 195 active cases.
