All government officials and employees were expected to file and submit their SALNs on Friday, April 30.

The April 30 SALN filing deadline was extended after the CSC issued Resolution No. 2100339 dated April 12 on the filing and submission of the SALN under exceptional circumstances.

“The Commission has ruled that all public officials and employees are given an additional period of 30 days from the original deadline of April 30, 2021, or until May 30, 2021, to submit their 2020 SALN with their respective departments, agencies, or offices,” read the statement issued by the CSC’s Publications and Media Relations Division.

The CSC resolution also provides that government agencies/offices, through their respective Personnel/Administrative Division or Human Resource Management Office are allowed to transmit all original copies of the SALNs until July 30, 2021.

It said the concerned offices "are also given an additional period of 30 days from the original deadline of June 30, 2021, or until July 30, 2021, to transmit all original copies of the SALNs received to the proper repository agencies.”

The CSC also noted that under Resolution No. 2100339, it "allows online oath-taking of the SALN and online filing of the SALN by all public officials and employees.”

The resolution also provides an option to physically or digitally submit the SALNs to the proper repository agencies, it said.
