CAMALANIUGAN, Cagayan – A private hospital nurse listed as a high-value illegal drug personality was arrested in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Bulala here Tuesday.
Police identified the suspect as said Richard Francis Valencia, 42, a resident of Barangay Dacalla Fugu here.
Valencia was cornered by the operatives of the Camalaniugan Police Station and the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency after he sold suspected shabu to a poseur-buyer.
Confiscated from the suspect were two P500 bills and one heat-sealed plastic sachet with suspected shabu, police said.
The Police Regional Office 2 (PRO 2) said the suspect is included in the PNP Directorate for Intelligence-PDEA list of high-value individuals categorized as drug pusher and user.
