New Real Estate salespersons, Real Estate brokers, and Real Estate appraisers take note.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) said that the conduct of online oathtaking for the new Real Estate salespersons, Real Estate brokers, and Real Estate appraisers will be on April 15 and 30, 2021.
The online oathtaking will be held at 10 a.m. and will be spearheaded by PRC Pagadian through Microsoft Teams.
PRC said inductees shall wear a formal or business attire and use a white backdrop (white physical or virtual background) throughout the oathtaking ceremony.
The Commission reminded inductees to secure an online appointment schedule at http://online.prc.gov.ph and select “e-OATH” as transaction.
"The online registration will close five calendar days before the virtual oathtaking day," said PRC.
"Inductees are required to print 'Oath of Professional' form that is downloadable at the PRC Online Services," it added.
