In a DZBB interview, Mayor Edwin Olivarez said that 151,000 families in the city will benefit from the cash aid worth P1,000 per individual and not more than P4,000 per family affected by the enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) in the National Capital Region-plus (NCR-plus)..

"Monday pa dumating sa amin, P604 million ang dumating sa Parañaque (We received the budget on Monday which is a total of P604 million)," Olivarez said.

Through an Executive Order (EO) signed on Monday, the local government of Parañaque created a task force to supervise the distribution of the financial aid to its residents.

"Task Force Ayuda" will be led by Olivarez as chairperson and City Administrator Ding Soriano as Vice Chairperson.

It will be composed of a Grievance and Appeals Committee with a city and barangay team; Joint Monitoring and Inspection Committee; Posting and Reporting team; Data Processing and Information Technology team; and Secretariat.

The EO states that priority target beneficiaries are low-income individuals and those working in informal economies affected by the implementation of the ECQ. Barangays shall identify individuals qualified to receive the financial assistance from the list provided by the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD).

Olivarez said that Parañaque City's Public Information Office has already posted a list of approved beneficiaries on its social media page and other areas as required by the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG).
