NRX Jeremiah 29:11 is eager to perform at its peak on the big stage once again after making it to the playoffs of the 2021 Call of Duty Mobile Garena Invitational (CGI) in Taiwan.

Following a shaky start in the group stage, the CODM World Championship Garena Qualifiers winner bounced back big in the second week as it emerged victorious in all its three remaining series in the $40,000 (nearly P2 million) tourney.

Still bannered by captain JC "Jayzee" Rivera, Jerrold "Woopiiee" Regay, John Kenneth "KenDy" Pimentel, Kennedy "iDra" Mondoy and Benj "CRUSH" Trinidad under the watch of coach Michael "Kyaaah" Belaya, NRX posted a come-from-behind 2-1 victory over Singapore's ALMIGHTY (formerly known as Divinity.Uprising) last Saturday, March 27.

The Filipino powerhouse squad then nipped fellow PH team Nifty Ultra Anarchy, 2-1, by taking the Hardpoint (Summit) and Search & Destroy (Summit) maps before giving up the Domination (Summit) on Sunday.

NRX then closed out the group phase with a bang as it demolished Taiwan's Raptors.DNS, 3-0,

Coach Kyaaah and his crew took the No. 4 seed in the eight-team invitational with 12 points on a 5-2 series win-loss record.

"Salamat sa lahat ng mga patuloy na sumusuporta sa'min. Kayo ang nagbibigay lakas sa'min patungo dito sa playoffs at hinding-hindi namin kayo bibiguin (We're grateful to all our fans who keep on supporting us. You're our motivation for getting to the playoffs and we're not gonna let you down)," said KenDy.

NRX will face the Garena Philippines Championship titlist NU Anarchy in a do-or-die series in the lower bracket first round on Saturday, April 3.
