The city government of Makati City has urged senior citizens to register online for its “Bakuna Makati COVID-19 Vaccination Program.”
Interested senior citizens must go to “www.proudmakatizen.com” and click the icon which says "Vaccine Registration (COVID-19)."
When asked what "Type" they belong to, seniors must select “Blu Card Holder” and input their card number.
After that, seniors need to fill out the pre-reservation form of the Makati COVID-19 Vaccination.
Senior citizens will then have to answer the Screening Questionnaire for Vaccination.
For assistance, the city government said senior citizens may contact the Makati Social Welfare Department’s Helplines: 8870-1236, 8870-1638, and 09663470597.

As of March 28, Makati City has a total of 934 active cases of COVID-19.
