Bulacan logs over 200 new COVID cases


Bulacan logged over 200 more COVID-19 cases on March 24, bringing the province's total tally to 15,009.

Based on the latest situation report of the Bulacan Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council the Provincial Health Office (PHO), 103 out of the 204 cases were "fresh cases" while 101 were "late cases."

Out of the confirmed cases, 1,613 remain in isolation or in hospitals for monitoring.

The PHO also reported that the number of recoveries in the province already reached 12,984, while its death toll is at 502.

The highest number of cases in the province were reported in the San Jose Del Monte and Malolos, and in the town of Plaridel.
